CORE CONNECTION
The ‘Core Connection” Guide will take you through 3 levels of core workouts. Each level is designed to focus on new areas & challenge both strength & stability.
Level 1 starts with basic, functional movements to strengthen both your internal core & improve isometric strength.
As you move through levels 2 & 3 the exercises will get increasingly difficult - make sure you have mastered the previous level with perfect form before you move on.
